I'm just a little irked because if you're going to do historical fiction in a Victorian city why always fall back on Sherlock? I know one of the most popular stories ever but come on and even I like it but something different place.

Ep 2 of this was very good! If you're going a show heavily that relies on dialogue, mystery & misdirection you need have your framing and scene direction up snuff to make things still feel in engaging. The banter between Tsugaro and Aya is just delightful stuff as a result.
