I'm not even sure why BB's bounty got such a big bump after Wano. Only thing he did was kidnap Koby.

I think it was because Shanks wasted no time at all in just pouncing on Kid and ending him as quickly and thoroughly as possible, and just took the poneglyth rubbings before letting Dorry and Broggy smash the Kid Pirates' ship to pieces. Law and his crew on the other hand were ambushed yet they were able to put up a good fight against Blackbeard, even if they did ultimately lose. Shanks on the other hand has the crews allied to him to worry about, whereas Teach doesn't give a damn about his when they get into trouble.
