I am looking forward to this in contrast with Index season 1.

Furthermore, I like seeing things from Mikoto's point of view anyway in this case.

@Birdway, she's also only 14.
Both Frenda and Saiai are 12 .

Lol, and you're 12; what point are you trying to make? It's much more normal for her to be immature than for everyone else to be super mature at their young ages.

They said from the get-go that it was going to be a major focus of this two-cour anime, so I expect it'll last for a while longer still (at least to the half-way point).

Yes they did... but going through it in person now I realize how much harder it is to swallow...>_>

Its still not as bad as what people originally had freaked out about, but man is it dull, especially after coming out from the new volume....

Anything is dull compared to that . Don't be too harsh. It's just Railgun season 2 compared to Index LN like (33?).

I don't see why you don't like this being animated anyway. This was one of the best early arcs in all of the Index universe? Why wouldn't you want the full special re-animated version? They're only animating it once. The more time they spend on it, during the season, the better the quality and the way more amazing the plot/animation/emotional destruction of characters/viewers is going to be.

The main problem I had with this getting animated was the eventual shitstorm I knew would be coming, especially with Touma and Acceleraror. The part of this arc I was looking forward to the most was ITEM, other than that, nothing much, really, since I already saw the most salient bits. Plus I was hoping to see some other stuff animated.

I do understand your point. I was saying though. I have a niggling suspicion that the fight between Accelerator and Touma will be 1000 times better in animation, content, and just overall quality in this anime. Trust me. Kamachi wouldn't just make you watch the same thing again. J.C. staff knows a lot of people watching this have already seen Index. This is something all of you guys need to understand. Just trust me a little when I say that it won't be what you're expecting anyway when you watch it if that makes you any happier.

May I know your source that gives info on Frenda age?

Because my source told that Frenda is Saiai's "sempai" They are not at the same age.

P.S. Inside cover of Railgun vol.5 (limited edition) told me this

Save your breath. The main people bitching have already decided they won't like the adaptation, some did even before the first episode was aired. It doesn't matter if it ends being good or bad.

Just let them be little balls of negativity and don't mind them.

the issue is not her age
the issue is that Misaka has until the "Sister Arc" only had brief brush with the Dark Side of Academy City.

Misaka has never been in a Kill or be Kill situation.

Misaka had been in kill or be kill situations before (Terestina) she had just never faced an opponent she just couldn't beat before. With Terestina she knew that all she had to do was turn off the capacity down and she would win, but there is absolutely nothing she can do to beat Accelerator.

i don't consider that a kill or be kill situtation. Once the Capacity Dow was turn off. She can win without killing and before it turn off she couldn't win even if she was willing to kill.

BTW: I didn't say it was Mikoto. It can be of course. However, by extension: it is her and any clone of her except MISAKA 1 to 10031 *ouch* that was probably too soon.
Even if you don't see, he was always trying to hurt them, cause them anger and fear, in other words, the emotions. We know that he was not completely sure in his mind that the clones were not humans. He conflicted himself because he didn't completely believed they were mere dolls. That's why he was trying to hurt them. Acting more and more cruelly. With words/actions. He tried to cause any reaction from them. Just remember what LO said later.
Ahahah, at least I mind he really said about her ass sincerely He was looking like little asshole liar while saying that That's why he made me laugh at that moment.
