The Boss Battle in chapter 3 is couple of hours before Ais rescued Bell from Minotaur and met him for the first time(Start of Vol 1 main series). The Boss Battle that got her to Lv 6 is around the time when Bell gained his Fire Bolt magic(Middle of Vol 2).

She can be whatever gender or species he/she wants to be.

Maybe Loki is just unable to shift forms while in the mortal plane for the same reason Hephaestus can't use her god powers while crafting?

As opposed to Loki, who was effectively Satan, and Freya, who was the goddess of pretty much everything?

Besides, the setting here is that they lose all their powers and abilities and have to rely on effectively mortal capabilities. She's minor because she sucks at doing stuff for herself.

Not really. Even in the manga there are moments that make me think that Hestia definitely feels more than motherly/sisterly feelings toward Bell. Her jealousy toward Ais for one.

Go to the illegal fan translation. They already translated up to Vol3. Vol 3 Chapter 5 is absolutely epic.

Quick question:

I have read all of this manga which I assume is the first volume of the light novel, I was wondering if the volume 1 of the light novel differs with the manga volume 1 ? Should I just skip volume 1 of the light novel and go to volume 2 ?

It's a faithful adataptaion.

Novel has more insight of course but is good on its own.

No money, I think. Anti-magic properties sounds like something that would be ridiculous pricey, which with Bell's income isn't exactly a good idea.

Around... One month for him to go from Lvl 1 -> Lvl 2. With all S in almost all basic abilities - except Magic - and SS in Agility.
