If he is the #6 he mostlikely faked the memory-manipulation but from misakis behavior i further doubt that he is the #6, first NT9 and now this, well goodbye #6-aogami and hello new char

I wonder if Dream Ranker has anything to do with why Aogami was detained by judgement so many damn times in that NT volume. I wonder if that was a reference to this.

美琴は初春から事情を聞き宝探しアプリを作成した笈摺留保という人物に会いに行くことにする。

道中、初春は宝探しアプリで未来で事故が起こる座標を発見する。そこに上条さんが現れる。
美琴は大覇星祭での「賭け」に負けた上条さんに罰ゲームの件を再確認させる。
しかし上条さんは急に明日イタリア旅行に行くことになったためしばらくパスなと話す。
上条さんが宝探しアプリの座標に右手をかざすと幻想殺しが反応し未来の事故画像が消える。
未来の事故は何らかの能力によって引き起こされている事件だと判断し
美琴と初春は急いで笈摺の通う大乗大学へと向かう。

美琴と初春が小さな会議室のような部屋で待っていると、そこに笈摺が入室する。
初春は宝探しアプリに未来の事故画像が収録されている件について訊ねると

笈摺は2人に学園都市の能力開発では「予知能力者」は絶対に現れない理由を訊ねる。
美琴は学園都市の能力開発は量子論がベースとなっているからと答える。
相対性理論ではマクロな運動状態によってミクロな時間の流れに影響を与えるが
0次元の点でも1次元の弦でもないミクロな世界の「自分だけの現実」を観測することで
マクロな世界に影響を与える学園都市の超能力の理論には「運動」が存在しないため
「空間」に影響を当ることはできても「時間」に影響を与えることは不可能であり、
未来予知や時間制御といった超能力者は生まれないと美琴は加えて説明する。

笈摺は超能力では不可能な「予知」を実現させるためこの大学で研究を行っていた。
開発した宝探しアプリもその一環だった。しかし美琴は今は証明できないが
宝探しアプリに収録されている未来の事故は超能力によって引き起こされたものだと話す。
それを聞いて笈摺は白衣のポケットから1枚のカードを取り出す。
美琴はそのカードに見覚えがあった。インディアンポーカーだった。

Yeah. That's why I'm confused. If 73 takes place before the Italy Trip, that means we're going backward in the timeline for a full chapter...which is unprecedented for Kamachi.

Yeah. I don't think it's fake since the timing and they are usually always correct, so it's interesting going back. Wonder if it's reference to end of 71/72 or something else.

If the treasure hunter app becomes the main focus of this arc I hope Touma appears as a future accident and the Misaka races to stop it from happening.

he gets targeted next as a potential threat, since he erased an accident by touching the app with his right hand

I still want to see Touma interact with Uiharu and Saten, just to see how Kamachi would write it.
