Subaru isn't really part of the "world".
Keep in mind, he remembers his previous loops too, which no one else remembers.
He's very much outside of the frame.

Yes, Subaru retains memory of those whose names were eaten. (by the Bishop of Gluttony or the Whale)
But he didn't really know those soldiers personally to begin with.

1. In which parts is implied that future Emilia is possesed o becomes The Witch of Envy, or the feelings of the Witch towards Subaru? and how Emilia not becoming the Witch means her dead?

2. Also, how is it that Subaru got the Hand of God Ability?

3. Any news about Rem? did Subaru meet the Great Sage secluded in a tower to know how to save her?

4. Beatrice can't go out of the mansion or it just was that during Arc 3 she couldn't for whatever reason there was?

5. If Subaru's Gate of Mana is Fractured how is it he's contracted to Beatrice?

Sorry for making so many questions, i got really sucked in the series, though, not knowing the language made it difficult to find answers in the WN, Thanks In Advance for your answers

Someone with a kind heart, please (x1000) post a spoiler for arc 4. I know it's a long *ss arc, but I really want to know what happens next (which isn't likely to show up in anime). Please include all the intestines, eye gouging, brain smashing, or body splitting details if possible.

Not really suggested as such, just that one of the bishops wanted Emilia as a vassal for Satella. Emilia was also referred to as the "Daughter of the Witch" by another Witch, and the fact that Emilia is identical in looks to Satella, face and everything, there's definitely some connection. We just don't know how.

He killed the Bishop, and when a Bishop dies the darkness of the witch transfers to Subaru.

Not yet.

She refuses to, as the library is the only place she belongs.
It isn't until arc 4 that she leaves (well, the whole mansion burns up)

I don't remember, he still does generate some mana. Very little though.

Arc four is insanely long, and my memory is fuzzy so just a really short one.

Spoiler:

Subaru & co heads to a remote village that's secluded from the rest of the world.
If I remember correctly mixed races who survived the massive war waged between the humans and the beastmen centuries ago are shielded in the village, unaware of the events of the outside world.
The sanctuary as it is called, was created by Ekidna, the Witch of Greed as a laboratory for her experiments of immortality.
To free the sanctuary from this seclusion Emilia must face the trials of the witch and pass.

While Emilia struggles to complete the trials, Subaru meets Ekidna in her own realm.
Ekidna's spirit is sealed in her tomb, and other witches who were killed by Satella are emulated in her spirit world.
Because Ekidna's realm is shielded from influence of Satella, here Subaru can freely talk about his powers and gain advice from the witches.

Eventually the arc focus on two battles - one back at the mansion as Eliza from the first arc makes a return, sent by someone to kill everyone in the mansion
and the other, battle with Garfiel, a were-tiger boy who guards the Sanctuary.
After several loops Subaru figures out that in order to rush back and defeat Eliza, he must enlist the help of Garfiel who is incredibly strong.
Subaru manages to best Garfiel using his wits, and convince him to join his cause.
Garfiel goes toe to toe with Eliza, evenly matching her. Meanwhile Subaru convinces Beatrice to leave the library and form a contract with him.
Beatrice was created by Ekidna, and appointed to guard the library until she is called upon... which was never going to happen for eternity.

The mastermind behind many of the evil events were revealed to have been Roswaal.
He is madly in love with Ekidna, and for centuries he was looking for a way to revive her.
He has a copy of the Book of Wisdom that partially reveals the future, and knew Subaru had means to overcome these events, although he doesn't know the details of his powers.
Subaru confronts Roswaal for his sins, and after several conflict they come to a truce to work for a common cause.

The arc climaxes at the end as Subaru and Beatrice face the White Rabbit, a monster army that infinitely multiplies and devours everything in its path.

With the Sanctuary freed, the group heads to another one of Roswaal's mansion, now with Garfiel (who now follows Subaru and looks up to him like an older brother) and Otto from arc 3, now an accountant and adviser to the team.

Unbeknownst to them, Ekidna has freed herself from the spirit world by taking over a cloned body of Beatrice's friend, and now freely roams the world.

Ekidna is very selfish, but she's not evil.
In fact, the reason why her spirit was kept safe is because the Dragon sealed her in case Satella got freed. Ekidna is basically their safety net for future disasters.

At worst she's an uneasy ally. She did help out Subaru a lot too, despite him turning his back on her in the end for her manipulative ways.
