What did Miyuki look so scared/uncomfortable for in the factory? Is she afraid of hurting others? And it seems like Tatsuya's past is starting to haunt him a bit.

Anyways, it looks like it's going to be the start of a new arc next episode and we'll finally see the red-haired guy. Looking forward to it =)

Because she used excessive force and it's very possible she might have killed them doing it. She, unlike Tatsuya, likely has never been in a real war situation (if one goes by the opening for Tatsuya) as competent as she is.

It's not so easy to hurt or kill people and be okay with it. This is why militaries train soldiers like they do, and it still doesn't work sometimes. This is why so many soldiers get PTSD post service if they serve in a conflict.

Well, she didn't have to hurt them to that extent, right? And as far as I can remember, she's the only student so far who's had that kind of reaction. But maybe she's just not as okay with hurting people as the other students are. I dunno, just playing devil's advocate.

Actually, then again I think her reaction came from seeing how fearful and terrified her enemies were and not so much the actual fighting or injuries.

Well, IMO, perhaps she felt bad because she thought she had act too impulsively, we have already seen that Miyuki could easily lose control of her magic when her emotion was disturbed (all the "jealous-freezing" scenes, remember? )

That's possible. Being protective of her only brother is a good enough reason to go overboard I guess, though sometimes it's hard to take it seriously with the jealous freezing scenes, not to mention Tatsuya wasn't in any danger at all
