You mean you've been suspecting her all along? I personally thought she really was one of the good guys after she came clean the first time. I don't recall any indication she was still spying on them. Although of course when they mentioned there was a traitor among them at the beginning of ep 26, I knew it could only be her.

The moment they introduced the concept of Nanba Children I knew she was going to do some betraying. And then it turned out the plan to hide Pandora's Box was leaked, so it was obviously her.

It was obvious and done in good way.

If they introduced another spy, you ended up leaving Sawa backstory hanging just like that. Not to mention you need to be someone close to Sento and Ryuga to put tracking devices on them. Sawa being one of Nanba Children easily explains her ability and which side she affiliates to; Sento reaffirming Sawa story, the one when she said her father died, is nice reminder that Sento himself aware of Sawa as main suspect.

Oh don't get me wrong, I don't actually mind this turn of events. I just saw it coming.

Like, this isn't necessarily because of obvious tropes. The show itself gives you all the information you need to guess what was going to happen.

When I first saw the words "Nanba Children" and "traitor", Sawa came to my mind automatically. Heck, Sento already has a suspicion, and he used the new gear as bait to confirm his hypothesis. Truly a man of science.

Not just a suspicion, Sento already knew it was her. IMO he asked her that question about her father to give her one last chance to confess.
