anyway Ilya with a weapon sounds very fun, but with berserker its a perfect pairing, i can see beserker as the overly protective big brother =D

Purple is Persian Empire colour for royalty. It is the most expensive dye to make because it comes from rare sea shells.

The Einzberg wants a really strong Servant. And Hercules is a Demi-God. Put 2 and 2 together and you have the reason why Ilya got him as a Servant.

Or he simply loves to fight and it doesn't really matter who commands him to do so. Whats to point of being God of Strenght if you can't show off? Plus Illya is pretty ruthless and Herc isn't know to show much Mercy either.
