Well, ITEM has appeared in the anime

And a new person is introduced, so I guess we will get an anime original arc...

It's an anime original arc written by the light novel writer of TAMNI himself/herself... I dunno what's this person gender is so leave me alone on that part, okay? XD

So anyways, if anyone says it's anime original from J.C.STAFF alone, maybe we should do a head desk on that part? XD

BUT YES EPISODE 13 I WANT. >____>;;;

As for the new person being introduced. While it could signify an anime original arc. I think she was put there to tie into volume 6/ episode 21-24 of To Aru Majutsu No Index.

not just this one but the whole industry that I'm always waiting. no manga, anime and game..
The holidays should be the day to rejoice but for me it sucks. I like summer more.

I want to see saten in swimsuit.

EDIT: Well I think they are trying to make the railgun center to girls only. For girls only but its the show for guys to watch

Wonder why she would need help getting rescued from Skill-Out, arnt they comprised of level 0 and she level 4?

skill-out are former anti-skill which are trained to deal with level up to 3 or even level 4 with the proper tools. Though they are always doing it wrong.

they are level 0 but ex anti skill. They gone bad that's why someone say they are delinquent or hooligans but a certain man that touma punch that ended up with an ITEM member is from skill out. Being an ex anti skill they are trained to combat esper even if they are level 0.
