you say that but this is hollywood were talking about. they've never been very good at respecting orignal material. espically when it's from a different culture.
comics get a good treatment but manga has it's own style which they try and convert to western culuture which just does'nt work

The fact that Kubo had often denied the concept of a bleach live action movie in the past makes this mind boggling. But then again, He probably doesn't have much of a say in the matter.
Well at least it can't be as bad as dragon ball, can it guys?

it depends on what parts they take and what they use, also what changes are made.
its a origin story, so no doubt the first 30 minutes will be just the main characters, prob wont introduce any captains, maybe 2-3 at the most. they will take liberties at how powers are given, what makes what. prob no bankai's...... think bleach but just like dragon ball evolution. because that was scaled down a lot given the story. but fox gave DBE a 100 million dollar budget and it looked poor. have to wait and see how much money WB will be willing to put into the project and what director and writer they attach to it. tite will be a producer, but in name only, he will not have a say on anything that is being done.
