Eh, that's difficult. Seriously, even the Monster MCs have harems now. Would a female MC be alright? They also have lily and reverse harems but I think they tend to have more OTP.

The first one is mostly reverse harem but in the sequel the couples get formed. The action is nice and it is a little dark but it is really too short (only 75 chapters all together) but still my favorite read on this site.

デスマーチからはじまる異世界狂想曲 (n9902bn) Satou and Zena OTP! Okay this is just a joke. It is really hard to think of proper OTP stories.

公爵令嬢の嗜み (n1337cn) The usual Otome game villain taken in a new way. She returns to her father's territory to build it up. Politics and territory management are the focus but there are hints of romance with a certain guy in recent chapters.

The friend of the stereotypical Harem MC gets recruited into an evil organization. I dropped this and haven't read all of it but from what I remember the MC has a budding relationship with his partner. I don't know if it goes harem later on.

Only Sense Online (n4527bc) Taku/Yun OTP. We all know its real.

ehhh I somehow just don't enjoy female MCs even when I want to....must be because I'm unable to relate to the character

You know what's funny that whenever all these reincarnation stories happens I almost never see em reincarnate as another species like an elf or a beastman or anything. And if they had to choose they always pick human for some goddamn reason

There was one where old wizard uses magic on his soul so he will never forget any incarnation he will go through.This particular reincarnation is a little elf.

He gets reincarnated into humans, elves, wold apocalypse dragon, some strange dog vampire who eats souls(don't remember this, only remember it was a giant beast MC calls vampire), character of a mmorpg(blond hair blue eyed NPC who gets exp/soul by killing and whose storage /equip increases with lvl up;lvl up increases his power with his other forms too and the vampire does something similar eating souls), dwarf etc etc
He can literally make anything you could want in a fantasy or modern world be it biological weapons, nuclear bombs, drugs, fantasy magic weapons/armors mixed with high knowledge of physics from science world.

As slow as the actual plot progression is, I do like how the author handles character depiction and development, like how Red's extreme homesickness and anxiety issues got triggered when she thought she had long gotten over them. It's pretty rare to see an author take homesickness (emphasis on the sick part) seriously in an isekai novel.

Not really, it was just FRIENDSHIP and generally a kind world. To begin with the protagonist is engaged to his younger sister.

On the topic of OTPs, I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this so far but I've been reading クール・エール.

Story is about the protagonist being kidnapped to another world as a sacrifice, finding out the shitheads were the reason his younger sister went missing 10 years old and consequentially caused his mother to commit suicide.

After being sacrificed and meeting the spirit he was sacrificed to, it turns out the sacrifices weren't necessary at all. The spirit compensated for everything by giving him her powers. The protagonist proceeds to use the power to kill all 124 people in the village and then start his life in a new world. He finds his waifu and although new girls are introduced, he's pretty much completely loyal to his waifu.

Spoiler:

Later on it's revealed that his waifu has the ambition of stopping wars in the world. The protagonist decides to help her achieve it by conquering the world. He starts by interfering in a war and massacring over 50,000 people.

Honestly, the story is pretty good.
