Its up to you. If you want to go straight into the new content then start with Volume 4 until the latest one, then you can always go back to the earlier Volumes to compare with the anime. Or you could just simply start from scratch.

Edit: On another note. I've been hearing from multiple Japanese comments that there will be a Karuizawa SS coming out in this month's issue of Comic Alive.

I think that the story will move on again and kinda shift the focus on one girl and onto another like what's been going on through the past light novels, but who knows, I'm just speculating based on what's been going on.

She can act solo, is excellent at acting, faking, deceiving even the school about her past and abilities. The only with with actual ties to the hidden side of Ayanokouji. I think she may have many allies, but I believe she only trusts Kiyotaka now.

Ayanokouji is the tricky one. He seems to have abandoned doing his best at reaching for class A. His main motive is live a relaxing average school life somehow. This may change and I think it will later. His strengths are what every OP character has. His weaknesses are his funny lack of common sense. For allies, he should have Horikita, Ichinose (thus whole class B), Karuizawa, Ayanokouji Group, Manabu, Katsuragi, Sudou, CLASS-C...... I have to let that sink in.

Will his gang of delinquents, outcasts, misfits be the dark force against the new student council which has no limits on number on students and naturally only consist of the best students from all classes? I would love to see him, Ryuuen, Albert, Ishizaki, Ibuki, Karuizawa, Hiyori go against the other leaders. I mean, there must be a reason we have been introduced to so many of the students from class C.

Im surprised and impressed at the same time class C implored Ryuuen to stay as their leader even after he and his gang got beaten so hard. Does anyone know how the interaction between Ryuuen and his classmates went when he woke up?

Spoiler for Translation: The C-class girls who bothered me before weren't giving me any notice at all. Was it just coincidence? No, definitely not. Ayanokouji-kun must have done something for me. Because it gave me that slight impression, I ended up following along. "!?" I dodged an attack from Ichinose-san, who had stretched out her arm towards me by a hair's breadth. "Ahh, come on! That's not like you!" In the distance, I saw Horikita-san's horse arrangement collapse. Aah, we're gonna lose. But for now, all I could do was focus my thoughts on the enemy before me. I was slowly changing. Slowly being molded. But strangely, it wasn't a bad feeling. I still hadn't faced the me that was progressively changing.
