As far as it's known, it's 2cour, no break in-between.

the only things that worries me is that in i still haven't see the retarded first prince wich i dont remember the name and i fear they will make the emperor the only villain in the anime removing him

Isn't it too soon to worry about that? Even in the manga he doesn't make his first appearance until half-way through Volume 4.

yes but you would expect to see one of the main villian at least in the opening

If it's Vol04 LN-wise, or Vol02 Novel-wise, then most likely such character won't make any relevant appearance until next cour, part2 of the series.
If there's a 2nd Opening in sight, he may show up there.

I was thinking, 24 episodes means the studio is going to adapt the whole novel right?

I don't think so, people speculate that they'll adapt only 2 of the 5 Novels or 4 of the 10 LNs.

Delilah hooked up with Yanagida feeling responsible for crippling him and came to the Japan on the last heli. She is now working at Furuta's little izakaya as a waitress.

That sucks that he is crippled. How badly criped? No walkies anymore? Or is it just the little finger of his left hand. Or does he need tubes to breath and eat (and poop). Huge range of variance on this one.
