But the liscense doesnt include the movies, right?
This kind of reminds me of Fist of the nort star as well other anime which only had the liscense for certain amount of episode but that liscense lasted for many years.
The same thing is happening to One Piece.

We simply do not know. In practice, when a series is licensed by a T.V. channel it's assumed (by us, AnimeSuki) that options to the movies and specials are included as part of the license deal.

That's why I said "we consider all of One Piece is licensed", so that includes all the T.V. episodes, films and specials.

Yes, they wasted (and butchered) a lot of material. Including skipping whole arcs.
My dream come true would be seeing the series dubbed with higher quality, and then released uncut with corresponding Japanese audio with subtitles.

I often wonder how things would have been if some other company like Viz or Funimation had got One Piece from the start. Would it have done better or worse? I'd like to think the former. The vast majority of people I've come across turn their nose down at the dub but are amazed when the see the original version.

Chuixupu, Viz is taking care of that for us.

I wish. When I see an official announcement, I'll believe it. Because not long ago Viz clearly announced that they have no plans to do that and probably won't.
