Not necessarily, other mythologies have origins for humans as well for example in Greek mythology Prometheus created humans from mud or in Norse mythology where Odin and his 2 brothers created humans from tree trunks found on the seashore. So it is possible that God of the Bible created some of the humans while other mythologies created other humans and this eventually lead to modern humanity as a whole.

Not until the reason DxD's Lilith left Eden is explained, since the usual reason Lilith and Adam don't pair up is because she refuses to bow to him under God's orders.

If that's still the case here, then the opposite would be more likely since God would have made her and later Eve to fit Adam's tastes.

Honestly I believe that Lilibette beside be a member of Main Cast could be Zekka's Rival. Their relantionship could be more complicated than the one of Issei and Vali cause the ambiguous behaviors of Lilibette toward Zekka.

We need Issei to destroy any yuri flag. He needs to show them that yuri is not the correct path. At this time period there are open spaces for his harem.
