Agreed it's much better sent off compared to the last two TNG movies (ugh) and I'm really loving zen Worf and Riker being baffled by it. I do think the latest episode had too much fanservice in a single episode even though the body of Kirk reveal ended up being clever foreshadowing for the final reveal of the episode. Some fans online are speculating that we'll see the old museum ships in action during climax, although I'd be surprised if museum ships have functioning weapons and warp drives.

While a part of me would think the Museum fleet would be too much, the other part says this is Geordi La Forge, and he's probably going to want to one up Mr. Scott on the number of ships he can steal from Spacedock at one time. La Forge is in command of the place anyway...he probably has them all in running condition as a hobby.

I'm really curious what the deal is with Jack maybe his father isn't Picard but Professor Xavier? I'm also glad that the show acknowledged that yes Geordi is Data's friend, the later TNG movies kind of ignored it (not Generations though) Also they've been name dropping Janeway so many times now her not appearing in the last three episodes would be shocking. __________________ MyAnimeList
