Finally stop procrastinating and read the vol.4

Noel's descent into becoming a tsundere has become obvious with Kouga being so up front with his feelings.
On the other hand, Finocchio has been completely overwhelmed by Noel's charm and became his most loyal devotee. Her reaction upon finding out Noel has less than 10 years left has to be the most touching among Noel's comrades.
Alma, if you can be as sincere as these two, then maybe Noel will finally take your approach seriously.

Noel also won the leadership of the seekers just as planned. It turns out the whole tournament existed solely for the purpose for Noel to show off he has the ability to apprehend the Ex Ranks to the public. Which can grant him the leadership of all seekers.

And my condolence to Dori, she just starts to become an interesting character with her backstory on being a bad mother and the guilt she felt. Too bad she has no way of knowing it is Malborge she's picking the fight on and died an ironic death.

Lord of Fly also begins on her own plot line in becoming a Noel fanboy.
I was cracking about when her father, who is unaware of her identity as Lord of Fly, is trying to wed her to Noel. And her futile effort to pit Noel against Malborge is almost pitiful.
She's scared of both Malborge and Noel and caught her self right in the middle of those two.
Oh, and there are hints that Lord of Fly may either be a traveler from a different world, or she has already gone through loop many time before.

Empyreo is confirmed to be the demon who killed Noel's grandpa. But is he into old man or what? First he killed the grandpa, now he wants Harold's life, who is another old man.

The more shocking reveal was that Malborge is the one who staged the death of the grandpa. Even more shocking that she stopped hiding and revealed this in Noel's face, including her identity as the 9th World of the Variant.

The hot fox is Malborge.

Stopped procrastinating again and read the latest Fake World chapter.
...The author wasn't kidding when he said this chapter is effectively volume 4.5
This chapter literally reveals the truth of the world.

Spoiler for Fake World:

Lord of Fly actually came from the future. Human Civilization in far future became so advanced that humanity actually conquered the under world, but the human soon turn against each other after that and destroyed themselves in a nuclear holocaust.
Lord of Fly's goal is to prevent human from conquering the under world thus prevents human from in fighting.
Malborge has the ability to read information from the world through mana. After knowing Lord of Fly is from the future, she developed the ability to read future too.
She wants to kill John so much because his Messiah job can counter her future reading. And through the use of her future sight, she concluded that using Noel to kill John is the safest way to get rid of the Messiah. But, Malborge interfered with Noel's fate so much that her own fate has intertwined with him, and thus she can no longer find a future where she can kill him without killing herself. Because of that, she has added of allying with Noel to her options.
As for the Fake World itself, it is one of Malbroge's future simulation in which she is finding a way to kill Noel.
As for the truth of the world... both human and demons are meere BEASTS created by an alien specie as lab rats. And after the aliens are done, they abandoned the the Beasts on this planet and take off.
They also leave a behind a fail safe if the lab rats ever grow so strong that they can surpass the aliens, the lab rats are programmed to destroy themselves. This is the truth of humanity's extinction in far future.
Malborge calls this failsafe the "god" and her ultimate goal is to destroy this failsafe.
Also, there is a traitor among the Variants, the Fourth World: Styx. Who also is sneaking into the human world.
The First World Linbo, who is the eldest of the Variants also begin to take action. He gave Malborge some commends to follow in which its effects will only become apparent after Malborge settle her scores with Noel. Aka, she can't figure out what Linbo is trying to do to her as she can't find a future where she can safely beats Noel.
