What's the point at continuing an anime if it's source material been finished for almost year. |

The safe bet is assuming that they will cover till Chapter 68 and that's it. No matter how much I would appreciate an alternate ending, 99.99% they will just end it openly, read the manga. But to be fair, everything that comes after is utter dogshit. As for a full adaptation, they don't necessarily need it. Season 2 got announced only a month after Season 1 ended, when the hype was overwhelming. 1.5 years later the interest in the anime itself has dwindled. KanoKari got a Season 2, the manga is still ongoing. Kanojo mo Kanojo got an anime, the manga is still ongoing. Kakkou is waiting for its anime, so WSM is full of potential romcom successes. If Bibury wants a name for itself, they may as well animate the rest of the manga, but I have doubts of Kodansha forcing a full adaptation at this point. |
