Nice animation. I would be watching out for this.

I don't know. Many people criticize Fairy Gone and have high hopes for this, but it looks to much like a typical action shonen with monsters of the week now with no deep plot.

Yeah, I got that people prefer it this way instead of the plot you have to trhink about at least a bit (and peoplehate CGI to much) but after this trailer I have more hopes for Fairy Gone.

There is an overarching plot that connects virtually everyone in Katsu Kami. Maybe generally doesn't write pure action stuff without some underlying mystery

I don't know how far the show will reach though. The real meat begins with the Ecole arc which is quite far in (Chap. 40+).

Episode 1 is out on CR

Well, they sure didn't waste much time getting right into the meat of the action with the war elements. Not to mention, that monstrous transformations...

Looks like we got introduction of some of the main characters so far like Hank, Elaine, etc. The anime adaptation seems to retain the violence of the manga so far. Idk, maybe this has some potential, will have to see.

I heard the show will be a one cour.

Spoiler for Episode 1:

I guess the main look at this will come with the second episode as the first was more a prologue.
