"Hana-Kimi" Quote help!

This is going to sound like a REALLY stupid question, but its on my mind and it's bothering me like hell!

is the quote "you have to peal the potatoes. The potatoes!"(something like that) from hana-kimi?

it's either from that manga, black cat, tsubasa, host club, nana, xxxholic, bleach, shana....i think that's it. those were all i have seen recently. i think im not missing any. anyhoo....its really bothering me! i cant figure it out.
