Looks like Tappei ( the author) gave some information regarding ep.14.

1.Priscilla's housekeeper Schilt appears in the new OP, but most of his body is outside the screen.

2.With the announcement of the beginning of the royal selection, the introduction of the candidates will be spread to the whole country, but it is now only in some areas.

Still...I wonder how a game/visual novel of Re:Zero would be like

Sure because all those titles come from either LN or WN.

I'll reference them to LN chapters since it is easier.

Ep 15 = vol 5 (2nd half)
Ep 16-17 = vol 6
Ep 18-19 = vol 6 & 7

Hmm? The pace had been fine for most part. Other than one important plot point that will likely be rearranged later, only things have been cut or reduced are minor scenes.

This arc is at least 6 volumes long. I said at least, because volume 9 has not been released yet and I don't know what changes are installed for the LN.
