Festival is free entry iirc when I was heavily researching it last year

And correct it has no mention of toaru. Reminder that is probably for the event rather than series specific. Animu announcement would happen in October For index.

Hmm, I thought so. I guess the simplest reading I can give it is that 'something' on the website will open for viewing.

? Index is by no means an easy series to fully describe, but I'm pretty sure that synopsis is way too cryptic

Seems perfectly fine to me. If you're checking out season 2 part 2, odds are you checked out or are also checking out season 2 part 1 and season 1. I'd assume season 1 has the "generic" description that anime usually get, whereas this was actually a pretty good arc by arc breakdown.

Looked at languages, it said EnglishJapanese. So I assume this means it's actually finally dub? It would be awesome if it is as while some people don't like dub, it makes me curious to watch anime all again in my native language.

Specially since I enjoy some english voice actors.

Announcement #7: Tokyo Verdy x Toaru Kagaku no Railgun Special Collaboration Day Exhibition Decided!

It's like half of these announcements aren't worth anything. At least put Accelerator with the collaboration!

slowly with more and more announcements I'm begining to believe season 3 might be happening;
specifically with the timing of the 7th and 3rd announcements (and other cameo's surely to come) remind me of the cameos that suddenly started appearing out of nowhere before index season 2; to name a few being the disgaea 4 cameo and phantasy star DLC, with a few more that I probably missed or forgot about.
not to mention the new picture of kakine and gunha and the index game that was recently released (index season 2 got the psp game as well).
