Thinking of buying windows tablet

I am thinking of buying a windows tablet and i must be able to use it through usb for pdanet from my cell phone for iinternet.I am mainly gonna use the tablet for watching 720p anime,any one else here using a windows tablet?

As of now, there are exactly 2 Windows tablets I would recommend anyone use. If you want to use an integrated stylus, I suggest Asus' VivoTab Note 8. If not, then you really can't go wrong with Lenovo's Thinkpad 8. They're both pretty glorious, but if you need some high-quality anime in your life, the Thinkpad 8 is the tablet to beat.

Will i be able to use and otg usb cable to hook up an usb hub so i can still keep it charged and having my phone connected to it with pdanet?I can only get internet for it at home through my phone.

Both tablets run full Windows 8, so if you got away with using an OTG cable before on your computer, you can do the same here. That said, it is currently not possible to dock AND charge any Windows 8 tablet simultaneously. You can use PDAnet or you can charge your tablet, not both.
