The worst animation in Bakemonogatari TV was episode 10 (Nadeko arc). I could remember it as clear as day how chaos it was. It was basically a power point show. The best part about it was that they could manage to finish Nadeko OP instead of the actual episode itself! It's very ironic because that OP was very popular at that time due to its ridiculously cuteness. Many fans seem to understand them too. So, it might be a correct decision to do the OP first.
And that Mountain Fuji incident in Hidamari 365 was also very famous.
