hi, i was wondering where i could find translated One PIece Manga to download, i'm not sure if itz licensed, but could someone fill me in?

Three volumes by Viz have already been released. The translations aren't that bad. There's some quirps here and there like "grog!" and "darn!" but overall it's kept the same.

Since the One Piece manga has been licensed (as mentioned in the first two replies) and you are asking for downloads, I'm closing the thread.

Try Amazon.com to find the Viz translated edition, first three are currently available.
