To answer your questions:

1)Yes, the game love interests are all handsome guys. Auguste in particular is very beautiful. Of the 3 that Erica's directly saved so far, only Klaus and Auguste are in love with her. Harold just sees her as a good friend and business partner.

The other 3 game love interests are 12 years older than Erica and the game heroine, Chloe. (It's a trend for some otome games to have much older love interests.) One of them is Erica's brother, Eduart. Nothing romantic has happened so far for them.

2)Yes, they have unique personalities. For example, Klaus is stern and serious outside, but quite tsundere on the inside. Auguste is the mischevious smooth talker.
(The character glossary gives quite detailed explanations on character personalities.) All the love interests shown so far are strong in their own way. Klaus is an expert mage, Auguste is a dragon knight capable of controlling multiple dragons at once, Harold is a skilled wandmaker, etc.

3)Yes, there is action and fighting, esp. in Arcs 1 & 2. Arc 3 is more peaceful with an action piece near the end.

4)A side character in Arc 3 gets a girlfriend. The game heroine's best friend, Beatrice, is showing interest in Harold.

On romance, Erica is a bit dense due to lingering traumas from her past life. In her past life she was a guy magnet, which led to many social misunderstandings and eventual distrust of friendships. Later she was killed by a coworker obsessed with her, even though she hardly knew him.

It's also why she never finished the otome game (She'd already done Klaus and Auguste's routes, and was halfway through Harold's before she died.) Other than general knowledge of the game and word of a hidden route involving the ultimate villian, she doesn't have indepth spoiler knowledge beyond what she's played.

Correction, it's The WN Author who is Liable to go on Hiatus so She Can Plan Out Her Story and Connect Together Plot Points. My impression is the author's more concerned with writing a consistent, interconnected story with quality, over playing a popularity/relevance game by giving WN readers daily/weekly chapter fixes of low storytelling quality.

There's a reason why the fantranslator and reviewers on Novelupdates largely give this WN very good reviews. A user said they don't mind the wait if it means they get a well written, nicely paced plot in return.

No need to correct me. I'm not faulting her for taking time off if she needs it, but I'm not the patient type so I'm not going to start a series that I know will go on hiatus. The better it is, the more it will hurt when it goes away. Other readers may not mind but I certainly do.
