I don’t think this is a spoiler because I honestly don’t think Kui intended it to be ambiguous. Izutsumi is a girl. She’s also pure awesomeness as a character.

I see, thanks. When her body was show her chest looked more male even if it's because of the hair, I was confused too because the subs kept using she and her.
