Spoiler for Heaven's Feel III:
That was a really amazing movie, but I think it would have benefited from being longer (30 minutes would have done the trick). My biggest disappointment was the complete lack of emotional impact Saber's death scene had. It was one of the saddest scene of the VN, but here Shirou seemed to barely give a damn. He thanked her and that's it.
The fights were all spectacular, especially Rider vs Saber where Rider was an absolute boss.
Kotomine was awesome. Loved the scene where he exorcised Zouken, and all his inner monologues.
Kind of shame they kept Zouken's true motive (which he himself has forgotten over time) super obscure. There was a hint during the scene showing Justizia being sacrificed, but that's about it.
Shirou was handled extremely well. His character arc in the movies was just perfect, and culminated in him, the person who always felt guilty for surviving, allowing Illya to sacrifice herself for him and proclaim he wants to live after much struggling.
Sakura's eyes having become more normal in the epilogue was a nice touch. I liked Touko's cameo, but it would have been good to explain how Shirou came back. Pretty sure anime onlies were confused.
All in all, not a perfect adaptation, but a damn good one. And with this, the Fate/Stay Night VN has been fully adapted. Sure took a while.
