You'd need two, maybe 3 hours for Extra. Consider Amagami SS - even with just taking the best route and skipping things, each girl's route takes 4 episodes to cover.
So really barebones adaptation: Extra 6 episodes, Unlimited 6 episodes, Alternative 12. Which is still really damned rushed - Total Eclipse took 25 episodes, remember, and it's shorter than Alternative.
It's just not doable with any level of ease.
