Well, I suppose something like the Mimosa could be used as well. School District 23 is constantly patrolled by security drones, which deal with intrusions, bird strikes, stray paper bags and the like. I was thinking perhaps, given the use of them in this manner, whether the possibility of them being used to deploy neutralizing agents or dispersal methods in the event of a conventional rocket launch from AC failing (shortly after lift-off and not far off), was a viable possibility.
