Thought I'd point out some stuff in case some people are sitting on the fence. Initially (yesterday) when I saw that the sale was going to be "select ADV" titles (select seems to mean pre-2006), I was going to pass on the sale. ADV is always really good at thinpacking their collections (most of these are already thinpacked), so I was thinking I wouldn't end up saving very much money.
However, after I thought about it for a little bit, I realized that I was very wrong. If you get the 25 DVD's, you're spending $4 a DVD, meaning a series like Chrono Crusade (7 DVDs) costs $28, as opposed to $50-something (at DVDPacific) for the thinpack. Also, as Forbin hinted above, the DVD+Artbox sets are also in the sale - I was able to get box+complete discs for Kino's Journeys, and Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi. I managed to get all of Chrono Crusade (plus the box) except volume 2, and I managed to get all of Excel Saga and Elfen Lied (but no boxes for either).
Just thought I'd point it out in case anyone was thinking like me. While it's not as great a sale as it would have been if it was, say, Funimation (who never thinpacks anything and only occasionally offers complete sets), it's still quite a deal.

I missed last year's Geneon sale (it happened right when I was broke). I'm hoping the next sale is Funimation, though I'd like it to happen next year so that the selected items will include last year's releases (yes, I'm a greedy bastard).
