I have a contradicting theory to why Shiba Clan feel from Grace it was due to Kukaku's assistance to Ura during his Escape from SS why coz Kukaku refers Yoru as Ura's freind not her freind .So at some point of time Kukaku and Ura were good freinds Kukaku also adds in her convo with Yoru she couldnt refuse a request from Ura .
