You misunderstand. I was just referring to the designs, that's all. "Flashy" isn't really a positive word in my vocabulary, and it would be most refreshing to see a main character like Lelouch take centrestage instead of do-gooders with seemingly pure intentions in their minds. In fact, your quote about Kira just made me remember why the hell I didn't really LOVE GSD in the first place.
That being said, I don't mind CODE Geass having a pinch of humor added in.
