It depends on the series, but I mean... most seiyuu aren't Maaya Sakamoto or something, their range is fairly limited. Then again most idols aren't much better.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "plain" here but I thought Saikyo Girl was pretty catchy. The JELEE music seems to be done by a vocaloid producer named 40mP.
