I don't see why people are convinced Fighter D died when we literally saw that his arm was disguised as Red's Divine Artifact, and there was no blue tint on it like with D's main body, which was struck by Blue's Divine Artifact.
We also saw D's arm disguised as Red's Divine Artifact crumble and disperse into the wind, which suggests that he was regenerating from that arm elsewhere. I don't believe Fighter D was saved by anyone other than himself, albeit unintentionally.
