I bet its going to be either MAPPA, Liden Films, CloverWorks or OLM getting their hands on it since they virtually animate everything they touch nowadays on top of their overproduced schedules.
Although I heard from a lot of rumors that MAPPA will be animating it (I saw once that MAPPA is probably following the manga's Twitter account or something).
