Spoiler for guesses:

-Eurokion is probably the Kamen Rider Drive Linker who was described as the leader of the invaders.
-There should be at least be 1 fight between OU and the Drive Linkers in V27(probably in the Tokyo Subway raid?),given V26's afterwords.
-Drive Linkers likely has an game mechanic exclusive to them that gives them an advantage,since it's only been around recently and taking Chrome Falcon's statement of level progression during Brain Burst's infancy,there shouldn't be any Level 6-9 Linkers from DD2047,at best,Level 5 is the highest,also different naming convention compared to Brain Burst.
-Given the quote referring to Crow is evidently from Metatron and the mention of a new abillity,<Metatron Wings> seems to have another abillity aside from flight and Ektenia that gets unlocked in V27.
