Ever since Higuruma got introduced I wondered how his Domain would interact with Sukuna. I just anticipate another Sukuna bullshit.
a) Either Bleach logic kicks in, and Sukuna could just force himself out from rules because he has more cursed energy.
b) If you feel no remorse about killing, Judgeman can't force a sentence, death sentence on you.
c) Malevolent Shrine is the superior Domain, so Sukuna would just win another Domain battle, assuming he healed the brain damage from Unlimited Void and can use his Domain again.

I don't think anyone ever said it was because Gojo couldn't see Sukuna's slash that he died. For all we know he could have took it head on because he expected his Infinite to shield him from anything aside from Mahoraga's abilities.
