Atleast i believe that the plot of the LN (i haven't read it but did read plot related to it on Wiki Fandom) has to be rectified somewhat to properly become a canon to the Manga plot.

It's all canon, every bit of it. Kubo made that clear ages ago. It's only people like the Bleach Wiki admins spreading rumours otherwise.
