The CFYOW novel confirms her to be a Fullbringer.
The novel also retconned what a Fullbringer is. Instead of being the offspring of women who were attacked by Hollows, Fullbringers are now individual that were born with a fragment of the Soul King's soul attached it theirs, which is what caused their mothers to be attacked by Hollows while they were in the womb.
