It's ironic, between this previous post and now my answer has been answered.
1. The Iron-dust golem in dreamranker arc..... and also moving multi-story apartment
2. In a early GT volume Mikoto was able to hold up a multi story building.
SO!!! it is WELLL..... enough to kill someone when she is going all out.
