I mean I'm sure there are traits that they should be aspiring to or traits associated with their weapons. But like... the heroes are still nowhere close to really coming around. And Naofumi cleaning up their messes is probably keeping them from the rock bottom they have to reach to really want to improve. As they are now they're basically irredeemable.
