You serious? If so I will do the statistics for you.
Here comes
ONE female pilot in each non-SD Gundam anime installments who survived the shows (didn't get shot down to death) or who were only lost to the MCs.
Spoiler for major spoilers for most Gundam anime:
- MSG = Sayla
- Zeta = Fa
- ZZ = Roux or Elle, pick one
- CCA = none (all important named ace pilots are dead regardles of gender.)
- 0080 = Christina
- 08th MS Team = Aina
- 0083 = none (really don't like the story anyway)
- F91 = Cecily/Berah
- Victory = Marbet
- Unicorn = none (best female pilot got killed)
- Twilight AXIS = Arlette (female-lead is not a pilot but she piloted a Mobile Armor, fought a Gundam & survived)
- The Origin = none, but technically Sayla & Lalah were there coz it's a prequel.
- Thunderbolt = Bianca
- Narrative = none (best female pilots got killed)
- Hathaway (movie 1 so far) = Emeralda
- MS IGLOO = Monique
- Gundam Evolve = Yurii
- G = Rain or Allenby, pick one
- Wing = Noin or Lady, pick one
- X = Ennil or Pala, pick one
- Turn-A = Sochie or Merrybell, pick one
- SEED = Cagalli
- Destiny = Hilda
- Astray = Shiho
- Stargazer = Selene
- 00 = Soma/Marie
- AGE = I know there are some named female pilots who survived the show but I will gladly dismiss it coz the show's treatment for females is just abysmal.
- G-Reco = Mick Jack
- IBO = Azee
- Gunpla Builders Beginning G = Rina
- GBF = Aila
- Try = Lady Kawaguchi or Fumina, pick one
- GBD = Magee counts, right? That character identifies as female (as much as I hate GBD). If you don't accept her, there's also Emilia .
- Re:Rise = May
Now be consistent to your own words and admit reality.

I will also offer "statistic". If there is 5 pilots on space ship, one of them is female and three pilots (including female one) of five get regularly shot dow that means 50% of male and 0% female pilots get job done. Still insist statistics matter?
Honestly when it come Gundam there isn't much point expecting objectivity from you, so lets just can it.

Look at my statistic above based on your own criteria. Majority wins.
