Ayumu got turned back into a human, Yu lost her magical powers, regained her emotions and voice, and got adopted into Aikawa family. Haruna and Sera also got adopted into the Aikawa family and Kyoko will get adopted once her prison sentence is up.
They beat the queen of the magical girl kingdom so the kingdom stopped warmongering and there's no need for the underworld to create megalos anymore either.
