Is this about Hololive Moments.?
1)I had the feeling they’re fansubbers. They were never hired.
Hired means they were commissioned to translate things. From what I‘ve seen they were free to fansub whatever they wanted.
2) They translate from chinese/bilibili to English/youtube. Whose jurisdiction are they under. It feels that they’re barking at the wrong tree. Bilibili (and the HoloCN side ) are managed independently from Cover
3) I don’t trust anything on NGA
