Mikoto asked a lot of questions when she paired up with Birdway in Hawaii and against Othinus but like Accelerator she probably won't 'get it' until she has to try manipulating magic herself. And its a numbering reset too so like NT2 it needed an excuse to go over some of the basics again.
Speaking of resets I was a bit concerned for MisaMisa but thankfully the bee doesn't seem like she's going anywhere.
