I thought that might have been Hanyuu but we have Hanyuu's design already and her horns aren't as pointy and large and her hair style is that of Featherine.

This was a Witches's game started by two witches, one of them simply left and her servant had to replace her to solve this game and once it was cleared a new witch was born.
My theory is that the witch that left before just returned to see what happened to the game and that triggered the events. The antagonist(s) might not be the same this time.
