It's about the journey. I mean, it's not like there was ever any tension in any of the other arcs in that sense. We knew the hero would win. And he did. But this is about the story of how he and Asuna became who they are.
Plus there's a super hot dark elf and Asuna being fun again. Plus more of the info broker Argo!
All in all, Progressive is SAO pretty much at its best. I just hope if they don't start on the second floor, everything is from Asuna's perspective. In fact, just have EVERYTHING be from Asuna's perspective.
