her underlying ability is control of electro-magnetism, but there's nothing scientifically i can think of that lets her traverse distances that quickly while bypassing inertia.

Rule of cool? By theory probably through the help of magnetism but not sure. She swings around which was shown in the manga, like
spiderman but moving fast? Not sure but repulsion and attraction?
